It has a couple of design flourishes on each side near the tip, though they do not add anything to the feel of the toy in use they look good. Just to note that they need a little extra attention during cleaning, to make sure nothing is trapped in them. But being metal it is easy to clean.

This one is special in that it's the only one I've seen that's made of metal, and I honestly don't understand why there aren't more of these. It's so smooth, it's really easy to insert. I washed it with warm water before use, and the effect was a warm massager, which is a great experience. Size and shape-wise, it's a good size and very comfortable.
