Let me start off by telling you I own the Nexus Revo Stealth as well. I bought the Simul8 as I have been long intrigued how the combination of prostate play would be coupled with a cock ring. 0 dissapointment! I got the unit a few weeks back and opened it right up. Great but ...

To begin with, this is my second prostate massager and I got this one as it had great reviews and the two motors can be controlled separately which means that the toy can be used in situations where you have to be a bit more quiet. Even when the perineum motor is on it's not too loud but if your walls are paper-thin then you might want to use only the prostate motor. As someone else mentioned, it's easiest to first put your member in the ring and then insert the massager as it's nearly impossible to do it the other way around. I think the cock ring is a bit too tight though especially the one around the balls and even after a 30-minute session, I had a bit of a red mark on my member so I had to stretch the ring as much as possible to loosen it. I would still recommend this toy due to it being able to control both vibrators separately but bare in mind that it's quite hard to put it onto your balls and penis and is quite tight so you might have to stretch it out a bit before using.
