Does the job

If you are into electro play, a conductive lubricant will enhance the sensation or, at the very least, eliminate 'hotspots' - prickly areas where the electrode isn't seated smoothly against the skin, which are very unpleasant. It is possible to use natural conductive lubricant - olive oil is an often cited one, however I've never liked the feeling. With this stuff (which can last quite a while if you're conservative with it), it really amps up the feeling and I've been able to get more from lower power settings.

Not just for naughty use
Rated 10 / 10

I don't like electro-play, so I can't judge this product for kinkiness at all. However, I needed some electro-conductive gel to use with my heart rate monitor, and had seen Spectra 360 recommended on some exercise websites. I knew Lovehoney carried it, but assumed it would be more expensive here than from a medical supply place. To my surprise, though other places had it cheaper, the postage costs pushed the total price to equal or higher than what Lovehoney sells it for. I purchased it from here, and my heart rate monitor is a lot more accurate with the gel than it was just using plain water.

Increase the sting with ElectraStim Electro-Conductive Electrode Gel 60ml
Rated 8 / 10

Increase the sting with ElectraStim Electro-Conductive Electrode Gel 60ml, but be warned less is more! Any moisture is going to increase the conductivity, but this lube is specifically formulated with potassium chloride, sodium carboxy methyl cellulose and other "salts", so the sting is much more intense than using, say, spit or water. It does contain glycerin, so it's not for vaginal use! No yeast infections for me, thank you. Otherwise, it's an ideal electrostim play lube.

A must have for e-stimming
Rated 8 / 10

I had read about using this with e-stim loops and add-on toys so when I purchased the Electra loops I added this to the cart as well. It's important to have some lube on the loops so you might as well use the stuff that's made for them. A little goes a long way and it does a good job, I have tried a loop without this and it is no where near as good. It does have a slightly odd odour, but it isn't unpleasant.
