The main reason I bought this was because I found using the primitive douche was long winded, fiddly and annoying. Being able to rely on the mains water means I don’t have to refill the douche and can continue till I'm satisfied without interruption. The different attachments are handy, but as I don’t use it for play and only hygiene, so I can only speak of using the slimline insertion with a tap to control water flow. The results are astounding. Think it needs to be a practice many should follow.

An awesome cleaner

This product does exactly what it says it will do. Even with the attachment inside you, you can push more of the hose in to get that deep, deep clean. The only thing I would like to see added to this pack is a flow controller. There is an on/off knob but if you could control the rate of flow then you could get a really good fill. I like the pressure of being filled completely and feeling the water enter my colon and intestine. Overall a quality product and I am interested in trying more.

Amazing and so easy

It truly is easy to set up and use, the quality is unquestionable and the attachments work wonders! Also arrived exceptionally quickly and packaging is exactly as discreet as promised. I would definitely recommend this for first-timers and experienced users alike. The pressure control valve works as effectively as turning the tap handle. I am very satisfied.

The ultimate combination

Me and my partner have always enjoyed bum play, but there has always been a slightly uncomfortable feel of ‘what if....’. So I surprised her and bought this, she was a bit nervous at first about douching so I went first and showed her how easy it was, with this it truly was easy. That ‘what if’ is now a thing of the past and we both regularly use this now, whether we’re going to bum play or not, it gives us a nice feeling of being clean and fresh inside. It was very easy to setup, for the most part, I’m not handy at all, terrible with putting stuff together and especially DIY, so if I can make this a permanent instalment in my shower than anyone can.

Super squeaky clean

Used many a douche before but now I have my own place and am happy with who I am I decided to get this shower enema set and so glad I did. It only took 5 mins to set up but wow how easy it is to clean before playtime, nothing to say about it really it went together so quickly quality is spot on and I really enjoy using it.

Sharp tip

The long hose and the bi-directional valve are great. And the fact that the connections are screw on (not hose-clamp on) are also great. And the size of the small nozzle is fine, too. My biggest complaint is that the tip of the small nozzle is fairly sharp, not very rounded at all. When this piece was machined at the factory, they didn't put any effort into smoothing/rounding the insertion edge. I've got hemorrhoids and the tip of the small nozzle scrapes my anus when I attempt to insert it and it hurts like hell. I'm going to keep the hose and valve, but buy a smoother nozzle from elsewhere.

This was easy to install. I didn't need any extra fittings and there were no leaks. The flow setting is goo,d so you don't have to worry about too much power. The attachments are a good size and the whole thing is easy to use and fairly discreet. This seems like a better option than the plastic ones you fill with water.

Wish these were standard in every bathroom

This is so much better than a standard douche - much quicker as you have a constant flow of water, and so much less faff. I also liked that stainless steel is much more hygenic than plastic, and as the water is always flowing, there's no backflow, which is unavoidable with hand douches. It's relatively unobtrusive as a permanent fixture as it blends in with existing taps/shower fittings, but I have removed it if someone (e.g. my mum) is staying :) - it's not too difficult to remove/refit, though you probably wouldn't want to do it every day. The one bit I found awkward is that, I prefer (like most, I imagine) to use it over the toilet, and it depends how far the toilet is from the tap it's attached to...for my bathroom the hose is long enough, but you're too far away to be able to switch the tap on and off, so either there's a bit of spill as you transfer the hose from the bath to the toilet (could do it with a small bucket I guess) or you have to fill in the bath/shower, then hop out and across to the toilet to empty... would be amazing if you could switch the water on and off from the working end.

Highly disappointed with this product. Bought based on the good reviews here but experienced something totally different. On first installation it leaked out of every possible area, connection and thread. After a lot of thread seal tape I was able to stop the leaking only to discover that this product has a shockingly bad impact on water pressure when used on the shower setting. The hole in the valve is so small it reduces the amount of water that can pass through it ruining the shower experience altogether. Works as a douche; destroys the joy of showering. I tried installing it both at the wall and also at the end of an handset with the outcome the same. Can't even return it because it's been used. Good idea, terrible execution. $80 down the drain.
