Needs to be replaced often

Lasted two years before dying completely. Previous one did not last long either. Once the one year warranty is up, LH can't replace it but will give you a 25% discount on a new one. It's a very good toy but does not last long compared to other brands. If you get it, it's probably a good idea to replace it before the warranty is up if you want extra life out of it.

I first bought one of these babies in 2016. 5 years ago. I've worn through like 4 in that time - fully accepting I can be pretty hard on using these. The flat hard plastic base can painfully dig into hands and thighs, and I've definitely worn out several more quickly than I'd hope to, but with this power it's impossible to go anywhere else. Not quiet at all and big!

I was really excited to try this toy after reading lots of positive reviews about it. Unfortunately, my joy was short-lived when I turned it on to hear just how loud it was! I purchased this specifically as it mentioned it had whisper-quiet modes and I live in a busy house. On the rare occasion I’ve managed to use it (and even then cautious that they neighbours can probably hear!) it is powerful and nicely hits the spot. It was larger and thicker than I expected and I prefer toys that have a rotating shaft rather than just a vibrating one but none the less it does the job. Although I was disappointed with this overall just because of how noisy it is, what I will say is I contacted the Lovehoney customer service team and they were absolutely brilliant at helping me, their friendliness and levels of customer service went so far above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before I was really impressed.
