I love this attachment for anal douching. My partner has previously stated that he doesn't like a smell that can happen with serious anal play or anal sex, and this really helps with this. Love the depth of this. I can feel it working with only the tip inside me, so if you are worried it's too big please don't. I personally can get the whole tube into me without any difficulty at all and can really feel how deep it is. The constant water jet easily flushed everything out. This attachment can be used with other clean stream products (which I am tempted to get), but I have attached mine directly to the pre-existing shower pipe just replacing the shower head. After reading lots of reviews of shower attachments on here and other sites I decided on this on. The price is reasonable and it fits perfectly on my shower hose when I remove the normal head. As others have commented, you need to be careful of the pressure so I usually insert it literally an inch or two, turn just the cold tap on as I find the hot water too tricky to control and let it run for a few seconds and jump straight on to the loo. I do this once or twice and wait until any lingering water has come back out, which sometimes takes around 5 minutes. Make sure you give it that time or you will end up with unpleasant leakage of warm brownish water in places you don't want. I haven't yet tried using this deeper than the first half but may give it a go as others seem to find it effective. I love the clean feeling I get after using this product. Gets the job done but this one is not for me...

So, for years I have always stuck with using the Bulb Douching Kits until recently when I needed a new one and I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner but this time I decided to get one of these shower attachments. The best thing about any shower attachment is that they are easier to keep clean, get the job done quicker and eliminates the annoyance having to keep emptying and refilling a bulb. This particular shower attachment by Clean Stream is pretty basic, easily portable, takes seconds to set up and it does what it is meant to do. Unfortunately though this one wasn't for me and that is only down to the lack of control with water flow. I had my shower set to low pressure but I still felt the stream of water was running too fast for my liking. I went ahead and gave it a go anyway, it was so uncomfortable that I had to stop. I'm fairly 'tight' down there and getting it in is not a problem, I just need a couple of seconds to be able to do so. That's were I wish I had more control of the water. I've since bought the Clean Stream Deluxe Shower Enema Set (on Lovehoney) and while it's expensive I feel it was worth it.

Couldn't get along with this one

We've used the LH bulb style douche for a long time, and wondered if this attachment might be a more efficient method of cleaning before anal play. It fits well onto the shower hose and provides a steady stream of well temperature regulated water. (We have a gravity fed shower with a separate volume and temperature controls) The nozzle is fairly easy to insert after lubing up, but then our problems started. Maybe more practice will help, but for now we have gone back to the old faithful bulb douche. Time to explain...after the first wash, you need to re-lube , so you have to go back from the toilet to the shower, lube ,insert, fill, scamper back to the toilet, repeat. How much water to use?that is decided for you with the bulb douche, not with this. We tried the sphincter relax method allowing the water to flow out whilst the tube is inserted, but that leads to a mess in the bath or shower. Many minutes after cleaning, I got a surprise emission, thankfully I was near the toilet. If you go this way, then be aware that a lot of water is available and takes a long time to come out. I don't doubt that it gives a good deep clean, but it's a difficult process We'll try again one day, but for now we're back to the old faithful

Honestly, I can't see going back and, as a person that has IBS, I've been using it for clean out every week which stop stomach pains.
