Arrived as usual with discrete box and packed well for protection. The extender is packed in a clear plastic tube and gives you firstly an understanding of the size. Once opened from tube by easy lifting the lid, the extender feels wonderful with a textured silicon touch and design is well worth it. Adapting and wearing the extender is not to tricky, lube inside and push lube in with finger around edges for easy fit. By slipping my balls in the circular hole which acts as a ball ring for heighten sensation. Using during love making- the extender tip or head of the penis is hard yet still comfortable for inserting and the vacuum effect plays a big part when in use. Not sure if it's just me, but this is thing is just too small. By small I mean for the man to get on. I've always considered myself average or slightly above average, but jeez. I'm 7" long by 1.8" girth. One thing I've noticed is these extenders all seem to be designed for men in the 5 - 6" length range by 1 - 1 1/2" girth. But you read the glowing reviews and you think it'll fit - it's stretchy. Maybe if just slightly above specification on length or girth, but definitely not both. In summary, if you're interested in these things, pay attention to the specifications. If you are over the size requirements, it WILL hurt. My penis hurt for two days after trying to put this on, and I couldn't put it on all the way. It would not strap around the balls. My thoughts on the matter, if you have equipment that's too big for this stuff be happy with your body and don't bother.
