I received the Lovehoney Plus Size Passion Flower Babydoll Set as a test and review item. I received it in purple, it’s a very dark blue shade of purple which I really like, and it has pink and white flowers on the lace. There is also a matching thong. And I do mean thong, not cheese wire or pointless triangle on string, but a proper sexy thong. I really like the fact that the lace is perfectly matched. Okay so like matching a wallpaper pattern the lace on one side matches perfectly the lace pattern on the other side. Little details like this really do make a big difference to how an item looks on a person. The majority of the babydoll is made from very soft purple mesh. The top of the babydoll is made from pink and white lace flowers. The cups are underwired and made of the same perfectly matched lace as the thong. The lace runs to the top of the babydoll, making it an empire line style. There is a small pink elasticated cross at the front which actually helps the cups sit better. There are also side supports, not wires, but stiffened material at the sides. The back has two fully adjustable straps that unhook at the side to make it easier to get in or out of. The shoulder straps are thin and do dig in a bit, but I do have large breasts (36gg) so that is to be expected. This babydoll is very comfortable to wear and a very flattering length, 3/4 bottom coverage on me, just enough to temp a partner. The underwires and adjustable straps do try to offer support, but I was unable to create much lift. That said it still looks very good on. All the straps being adjustable makes it easy to get a perfect fit, and the side supports make the empire line style much more realistic. I think it’s a very sexy looking babydoll. I’m a dress size 20 and 5’10” tall and this looks good on me. I really like the babydoll, the purple colour is very nice, but I find the pink flowers a bit too bright and a bit too big, I would have preferred smaller flowers, but that is personal taste.

Power to the Passion Flower

On opening the packet I thought this is such a pretty babydoll with the gorgeous flowers and such beautiful colours too. I am a size 16-18 with 36FF breasts. This is a perfect fit for me. Still plenty of room for larger ladies too. I always buy lingerie in these slightly larger sizes due to the fact that the Lovehoney sizing is just right for me. Adjustable shoulder straps. It's underwired too, which is very comfortable. There are also two sliding adjusting straps at the back of the lingerie for a great fit around your breasts to keep them held in. The material is so soft, it's lovely to feel it against your skin and doesn't itch at all. The knickers/thong are comfortable to wear too. No chafing/rubbing your intimate areas. Nice to wear all day long as I have with no discomfort. You could wear this set around the house all day and feel a million dollars like I do when wearing it. To sum it up, this is the most special piece of lingerie I have bought yet.

Sweet and Summery

Sometimes it's really nice to move away from typical red or black lingerie. For that exact reason I have a selection of purple, blue, and green pieces, but this is for sure one of the most colourful pieces in my lingerie chest. Due to this it has a lovely summery and fun feel. Fit-wise I'm a size 20 give or take, 40G bra size and 5 foot 9. The fit is very good in this generally speaking, the fabric is stretchy and comfortable and so I can see it being able to flexibly fit a variety of sizes and body shapes. The only place that the fit is less than perfect is the underwire, I feel like its aimed at slightly smaller breasts and so the wired part is a little narrow. However with a little moving around everything sat nicely and comfortably. I was really appreciative of being able to wear a babydoll with underwiring actually, so often these items of lingerie are completely lacking in the breast support area and leave you with the option of accepting it or wearing a bra underneath - neither of which are ideal. The addition of the underwire makes this a lot more supportive than many options currently available and my breasts are thankful for it. The scalloping at the top of the cup is really flattering and the cut means, again, it would suit a variety of sizes and shapes. The thong that comes with the set is really nice, so many lingerie sets come with a pathetic scrap of material G-string ,but this seems to come with a well designed, cute, thong. It's really nice to have a nice matching set for a change. It's definitely a thong and not a string with quite a wide lace back, which again, is very flattering. The fabric over the stomach is light and not clingy. It is opaque enough to make those of us who are uncomfortable with their stomachs feel more at ease, but also translucent enough that it doesn't appear you're shy or obviously hiding. The whole piece is very comfortable and light. Overall it fits very well, is flattering and appears well made. It offers more support than many options I have tried before and is so nice to have something different and bright.

Go Go Flower Rangers

My wife has recently gave birth to our first child and has been significantly less confident in her own body. She had loved wearing lingerie sets before but felt uncomfortable in everything now and was unsure of what her sizes would be particularly with her breastfeeding. This set made her feel confident again. She said the dress covered areas causing her insecurities but was still revealing enough that she felt sexy. It was comfortable to wear and was a great fit for her. It has boosted her confidence and looks great on which made me a happy husband. Overall excellent set, definitely recommend.

That 70's Babydoll

Not my usual style but absolutely fell for this beautiful floral babydoll - it gives such a great vintage 70s vibe! Flattering thong (and not crotch less, hurrah!) and underwired cups for extra support which is definitely a plus.I am a size 12 with decent boobs and the fit was great.

Good enough to wear outside

I am a 12-14, 32DD, 5'8". This babydoll fits like a dream on middle settings so plenty of room to go up or down with sizing. This is adorable and so versatile! The flowery top and knickers make you feel so pretty and confident. There isn't much nipple showing through the flowers, so good if you are shy about that. Im not, but I love the top anyway. I like that this is pretty, laid-back and fun instead of overtly sexy because it means you can still wear it as nightwear, loungewear etc and still feel pretty and confident. Perfect for a lazy day with your OH. The fit is supportive and very comfortable. The knickers are beautiful and I love that they are not just a thong. The colour is somewhere between the Lovehoney purple and that cobalt blue that looks good on everyone, so absolutely perfect even if purple is usually a difficult colour for you (as it is for me) Husband was a bit apprehensive about this one, probably because it is pretty rather than sexy, but hey I dress for me and I like feeling pretty. Besides, I look amazing in this and I know I'll change his mind when I am wearing it around the house :D

Beautiful in blue

I was a little sceptical about this being a one size item, turns out it actually fits like a dream! I am a size 12-14 and it fits perfectly, the underwire giving a little lift and the adjustable straps on the shoulders and on the back means it would fit smaller/ larger perfectly as well. The knickers are not crotchless which I think is good as they can be worn day to day as well as in the bedroom. The material is soft and light and the colour is very flattering, the flower detail at the top makes for a nice touch. Overall, this is my favourite babydoll to date!
