Penis Pumps are great devices for men who need some extra help achieving an erection.
A pump is a clear ABS plastic cylinder with a seal at one end, where the penis is passed through, and a pump at the other end. When the pump is squeezed, negative pressure is generated causing blood flow into the penis.
The more you squeeze the pump the more blood is drawn to the surface, helping to achieve the desired erection. We recommend however, that you start very slowly to ensure a good and safe result.
Start by spreading a good, thick lubricant, such as Sliquid Sassy, around the base of the penis. You might like to trim your pubic hair too, in order to achieve a water-tight seal.
Place the cylinder over the shaft making sure that the silicone ring has created a tight seal and hold firmly against the pubic bone.Now you can start pumping, but be careful to go slowly to prevent pain and damage to the blood vessels.
'Double pumping' is a good way to start. Pump once, and then release some pressure. Wait at least 60 seconds and then re-commence so that the pressure builds up very slowly. This is a great way to learn how much pressure you can tolerate to achieve an erection. Pumping usually take 10-20 minutes to achieve full rigidity, so avoid pumping away at full speed.
Once erection has been achieved, quickly place a constriction ring around the base of the penis in order to maintain blood flow within the penis. This can be tricky and you might need practise getting it right. You can try putting the ring around the silicone seal of the pump before you start and then maneuvering it onto the penis just before you remove the pump.
