Very realistic, and a great substitute if you don't have a spare hand with you. My only criticism is that it isn't firm enough in the arm section, so doesn't always provide you with the strength needed for that last push. And one of the knuckles can be a bit of a hurdle with the way it protrudes, so make sure you use a really thick lube.
