Crafted from medical-grade silicone, it uses proven transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) science to send a gentle buzzing pulse across the skin - these painless currents trick pain receptors, encouraging muscles to relax and endorphins to flow. It is completely silent and thin enough to be discreetly worn under clothing, and offers hands-free, pill-free pain relief for up to five hours. To use: Charge the device for 40 minutes. Once charged, attach the pads to the TENS machine. Remove the plastic backing from the pads and store the backing somewhere safe for later. Apply the machine to clean and dry skin where the pain is prevalent (usually on the lower abdomen or back). Turn the machine on and pick a programme and intensity that suits you best. When done, clean, reapply the plastic backing and store the device in the hard case provided.
