To use the bulb-douche, simply remove the nozzle and fill the douche with water - assuring it's filled to the top before placing the nozzle back on. The nozzle will simply 'pop' back into place. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to yourself and the nozzle and gentle insert the nozzle inside. Once inside, squeeze the bulb to eject the water into your anus.
