If your a first timer to prostate stimulation I would recommend starting with a smaller toy, the first few times using was a bit uncomfortable to insert once I got it half way in, but there was something about the pleasure in the pain that keeped me wanting to Take it all, once in I turned the bullet on and holy moly it was the most powerful bullet I've ever had up my bum and the combination of the massager and bullet absolutely BLEW my mind
