Beppy Classic Sponge

The Beppy Classic Sponge is a soft, flexible, string-free intimate sponge designed for menstrual use that can also be worn comfortably during sex, swimming or other activities where a conventional tampon string would be inconvenient or uncomfortable.

Developed by Beppy in the Netherlands and OEKO-TEX certified for safety, each sponge is made from a soft, flexible material that gently conforms to your body’s shape after insertion. There is no external string — instead, an integrated removal loop makes retrieval straightforward and hygienic. The Classic formula is the dry version, ideal for everyday menstrual use and intimate play alike.

The Beppy Classic Sponge can be worn for up to 8 hours at a time and is suitable for use during sex, removing the need to pause your evening. It is a discreet, practical alternative to conventional tampons for people who want more freedom during their cycle.

To use, fold gently and insert like a standard tampon. To remove, hook a finger through the integrated removal loop and pull gently. Replace every 8 hours maximum. Store unused sponges in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
