Apply a drop of water based lube (not too much or they will slip out) and insert one of the lighter gold beads, leaving the silicone loop on the outside for easy retrieval. Walk around, do some yoga or vacuum and feel the beads moving around inside you. As time goes on you will need to engage your pelvic floor consiously so as not to have them fall out. Leave them in for up to half an hour or until you can't hold them in any more - that could be five minutes or thirty minutes. When you are able to hold them in comfortably for thirty minutes, move to the next blue bead, then the two gold beads, the gold and the blue and then the two blue beads.
