The vibration are as weak as I've ever experienced and the shock factor is non existent. You'll probably have more excitement from a tickler than this toy. Told lovehoney that the toy wasn't as advertised and didn't what it said. They wouldn't offer any sort of compensation or swap. Bottom line, you won't get your money back on this toy due to their returns policy and it's probably better to get a toy on amazon.

However, if you’ve never charged a toy that has a ‘self-healing’ plug-in point you may be scratching your head to begin with, as this was not covered.
