Fifty Shades of Grey Captivate Plus Size Black and Silver Bra Set

Beautiful

This is a super luxurious and sexy piece. The bra set is slightly longline and has a slight push up effect that is suuuper sexy and flattering. The plunge cut-out adds that extra gorgeous sexy detail. The strappy detail frames the breasts really well and looks stunning. I love the pattern - it's so luxurious. The bottom half is higher waisted and the shape of the silver pattern is super flattering. I wish the bottoms were a little bit higher waisted, but it's still lovely. I am a size 18-20 and it fits fairly well. I love the addition of the removable suspender straps as well. Overall this is a super luxurious, stunning piece that will become a staple of my lingerie wardrobe.

Seductive Shady Set

I was sent this set in return for an honest review. I was thrilled to receive an offer from Lovehoney to review one of a new range of underwear. When the package arrived I put it to one side and excitedly planned when I'd give them a try. They looked great in the packaging and I wondered what they'd look like on me. I opted for a Sexy Sunday and tried the bra and undies on. They looked great, and I especially liked the exaggerated straps on the front of the bra. They felt top quality and as good as anything you'd get from an underwear department in a large high street retailer. The bra was very comfortable to wear, although the cups were a little large for me (I'm a 38B/C) and would easily fit someone at least a cup size up. I like the fact that the suspender straps were removable from the undies, meaning they can be used with or without stockings. The straps could have been a little shorter for me, but I have very short legs (5'4”), so would probably suit most. I absolutely love the big fronts. For me there's no point having underwear that looks sexy but so uncomfortable that they're off before I get to seduce someone special! Lovehoney seem to hit the mark regularly with their plus size lingerie with these being no exception. This pair I managed to wear it all day without any issues. I felt very sexy, seductive and not at all sleazy in the outfit. I took some sexy pictures of myself and sent them to my man, which was a bit of a turn-on for us both!

It captivated me

I do love a bra set and I just may have fallen in love with this set! I'm 5ft 11, size 16 top and 18 bottom with 38Es. Fifty Shades of Grey Captivate set has a black and silver lace combination. The pants are high waisted which will cover any jiggle jaggle you may have concerns with. The layout of the silver lace will give you some epic curves and make you feel awesome. I really love the back of these as the shape gives you a sexy 'heart shape' booty! Absolutely no complaints with these bad boys. The bra is on the longer line side but it is damn right comfy. The back is fully adjustable so can easily fit a range of back sizes. My only gripe (again), is cup sizes. If you're alright with a bit of overspill you'll be grand with this. Anything over an E, I think you might struggle here. This set also has thinner straps than you may be used to, but as it's got two, it does give a good amount of support. Overall? A solid piece. Comfy, damn sexy and will enhance your curves to make you feel like a sexy goddess!

Sexy in silver

I love the look of this set; the straps on the bra, the high waisted knickers, the gorgeous silver pattern which isn't overly "girly". It just oozes sophistication. Trying it on, the fabric feels good against the skin. It is definitely the type of set you could wear out on date night without being uncomfortable. My only minor gripe is that the bra straps are quite thin and I would have preferred them to be a little wider, although they probably do look better being thinner. Speaking of straps, I am glad the suspender straps are removable, as I don't always want to wear stocking with my lingerie so it is nice to have the choice. For reference, I am a size 18/20 and an E cup. The bra has some additional boning to help keep the shape, which works really well and stops the material rolling up. I was a little unsure how the plunge would work for me, but it is wired so sits flush against my skin and doesn't let my boobs escape that way. In terms of sizing, the bra fits me around the back perfectly and is true to size. The cups are fairly small though. I can get my E cups in there but there is definitely spillage all over the place. Oddly, the spillage doesn't look bad and actually works to give my boobs a great shape. It also isn't as uncomfortable as I would have thought, especially as my boobs do escape below the underwire a little. Anyone bigger than an E cup is unlikely to fit into this bra. I'd say it is really best for anyone D cup or below. This is a little bit of a shame because the shaping and the wiring would be great for people with larger boobs, it just needed more fabric and slightly larger cups. The knickers are also true to size, with there being a little more stretch to fit someone who is a little larger than I am. Considering this is a thong, it is actually really covering which I like. Overall, I really love this set. It looks really sexy and is easy to wear. It is just a little bit of a shame that the bra cups aren't a bit bigger.

Looks good, just not on me

So happy to receive this item from Lovehoney in exchange for an honest review. The bra set looks stunning on unwrapping, with the quality of material being very high with an elegant black and silver design. I think this is one of those that just didn't suit my shape too well, but I'm sure will suit others as I will describe. First off, the knickers I did like, and they looked good on, being high waisted, but also a thong is always a winner for me. The design leads the eye to one place and one place only... I don't think I need to elaborate! Good fit on me as a smaller plus size and comfortable too. Also came with suspenders that you can detach should you wish. Now to the bra, although it looks good in unwrapping and has everything that suggests it will look good on, it just didn't do it for me, mainly because of the fit around the bust, the cups were rigid and I, unfortunately, didn't fill them enough to make it fit properly. If you are bigger busted then you would fill it well and I'm sure will look fabulous. The quality of these two pieces are second to none, I just think it's a case of didn't suit me personally!

It is super soft and super sexy! My only issue is the cups of the bra! They are sooo small even though o got a large set, other sets that have cups fits a lot better but overall this is a beautiful set

I loved the design and the fact it was plus size. That’s why I was suprised that the briefs fit me perfectly but the bra cup size is about 3 sizes too small. But I need to return it as a set and cannot get just a bigger bra, which means then the brief is too big for me

Imagine if

Imagine your partner surprises you with this little number. It was definitely wonderful to see it on her, seemed to fit her just right. Loved the design and the look of it. The one thing I wasn't a fan of, it had all sorts of hanging bits, which my partner says it is to hook it up to other bits and bobs of lingerie, so I guess that's alright. All in all, sexy lingerie.

Va-va-voom!

One of my favourite bra sets already! I'm a size 12 with a decent bust and went with the M size and it fits great- my cleavage definitely has an extra boost! Love the great quality fabric and that everything is adjustable giving you the best fit possible. If purchasing as a present, make you buy a gift bag/box as this set just come in a poly bag.

I love the little metal tag, it gives it a premium look. The only issue I had with this is it runs a little big, I'm a size 10 in most things and a small B cup. The bra didn't fit me quite right so if unsure order a size down! I think with a size down the fit should be spot on. I ordered a medium for reference. Apart from that, it really is a lovely set.
