This set is drop dead gorgeous. I am absolutely in love with it, especially the strappiness of the knickers and the lacy collar. It looks utterly stunning on, with the knickers really flattering hips, bum and tum - with the middle panel hiding the tum. This may be my favourite pair of knickers I own, the straps look incredible. I am a size 18-20, 38DD-40C and got the 1x/2x and it fits perfectly. All the waist and hip straps are separately adjustable and stretchy, so it's really easy to get the perfect fit to your body shape. The bra offers great support, is easily adjustable and looks incredible both with and without the collar, though I did find the cups slightly pointy on me - but not noticeably so to a partner. It's a shame the suspender straps are not removable as I'd love to wear this set without stockings too. The split back of the thong is a sexy idea and great for wearing a butt plug, but in practice for other fun can just mean trying to get two bits of elastic out of the way instead of just one, though it doesn't detract from them in any way. The gold lace looks beautiful with the black silky material and the gold loops and fastenings really add something to the look, though it feels like they might be plastic which makes me wonder how well they will hold up over time (though they seem very sturdy now). All in all, I totally love this set. It's just so utterly stunning, feels amazing to wear and looks drop dead gorgeous. If it's caught your eye then don't hesitate, it really is as sexy as it looks.

Being a fan of the Fifty Shades books and the toy range from Lovehoney, I was excited and curious about this new lingerie range. Upon opening the usual excellent discreet packaging I could see the bra set teasing me with an array of golden detail begging me to open up the packet and take a proper look. This set features 3 parts, the bra, knickers and a choker collar all in black and featuring some stunning gold detailing which is more yellow than orange. First off the bra, it’s a lightly padded, underwired, full cup bra with gold detailing running along the top edge of the cups and meeting in the middle. Between the cups, a beautiful little silver charm with Fifty Shades of Grey engraved on it finishes the look. The back and shoulder straps are adjustable and the back fastens with a slip-on clip which personally I find more fiddly than the normal hook and eye fastening. With a bit of adjustment it fitted my 38C breasts well, although a bit more padding might have been nice to give more lift. The knickers are quite the array of straps with a bold golden detailed front panel. The waistband is adjustable and interestingly has a fastening to undo it. If I’m honest I’m not sure what the point is and I didn’t have any reason to use it. These aren’t crotchless but there’s an opening that gives access for anal play which again, is an unusual touch. There are straps that sit across your buttocks parallel to the waistband that join on a small panel that sits at the top of your bum and features the same gold detailing. Finishing off the knickers are suspender straps. Unfortunately, these are not removable so stockings are a must! Getting these on and all the straps flat was a bit of effort but once on they fitted well (size 18-20), looked really stunning and I liked how the straps at the back caged my bum! The last part of the puzzle was the choker collar, again featuring the same gold detailing. It fastened at the back with a single hook which was a bit fiddly and then attaches to the bra with an adjustable strap. I found it quite tight on the neck and I had to have the strap at the full length to reach the bra. The overall look was stunning and certainly sent a message to my husband that there was action on offer! It’s not the sort of set that I would wear out, it’s very much an occasion set.

One was the collar. The hook fastener was so stiff and fiddly it took an absolute age to get it on and off. This was just a small annoyance, but I feel like using a button or a popper would have been so much more convenient. The second was that the suspender straps are permanently attached. With most lingerie sets, you can detach the suspenders, but this one is sewn on so you have to wear stockings or just have the straps hanging off. Neither of these are dealbreakers but just worth bearing in mind. Overall, I absolutely loved this set and will definitely be bringing it into my lingerie rotation.

Another outstanding piece from the Fifty Shades of Grey collection by Lovehoney! Super sexy and love that all the straps are adjustable and removeable. I am a size 12 and went with the size medium which is a good fit. Nice to see the black and gold colour combo - I also now have my eye on the Fifty Shades faux leather black and gold bondage accessories to match!

Utterly captivated

This is a stunning lingerie set, what really impressed me was the fit. All those straps aren’t just aesthetically pleasing, between the sliders and the stretch they offer so much room for adjustment that I was able to get both the bra and the thong perfectly sized for my body. I’m a UK size 10 on the top, 12 on the bottom with a 32D bra size and often find only one part of a set will fit me properly, very glad not to have this issue with this set. I am confident this would fit and flatter a good variety of sizes and body shapes within the size guide.I love the gold detailing, I thought it was a little bright and clashy at first but then I slipped into the set in a room lit only by candle light and wow...it’s stunning. The gold catches the light in such a beautiful way, I immediately understood why they chose to name this range ‘captivate’. The thong is a bit daunting when you take it out of the pack and it took me a few minutes to orientate myself, but once you find the waistband and figure out where your legs go the rest of the straps somewhat fall into place. Don’t give up! It’s worth it! Let the gold details guide you.Hands down my favourite thing about this set is the fact that I can wear such a gorgeously minimal thong without highlighting my muffin top. My hips are very soft but I let the straps out a bit and so they don’t draw attention to this at all. I do love a good smooth silhouette!My second favourite was that having all that lovely bum on show along with the FSOG branding inspired my partner to rediscover our range of Red Room implements, fantastic as I also love a good spanking!If you’re the kind who likes to leave their lingerie on throughout the event you’re in luck, the gusset is narrow enough that it can comfortably be slipped to one side to allow your partner access to your sweet spots.This set does wonders for my confidence and 90% of that is down to the fit, you can see how beautiful it is from the product images but I didn’t expect to feel so beautiful in it. If you’re a fan of the FSOG franchise then great, if not cut the little disks off and forget it, bottom line I feel this is a set everyone needs in their life.

It's safe to assume almost everyone knows about Fifty shades of Grey, they've either read the book or watched the film. So when I saw the new Pleasure collection I immediately thought about how well it tied in with the idea of the books. I don't have many bra sets for wear in the bedroom, I tend to like basques and chemises but the Captivate Bra set in gold and black really caught my eye because it's that little bit more intriguing and different (but a good different). Starting with the bra itself, this set is real luxury. Made from a black satin with an ever so slight padding, it is also underwired. The bra is embroidered with beautiful gold floral stitching and to the center is a detachable neck collar which is made from lace like fabric in the same gold patterning. There's a little gold hook to put the collar on and also the option to remove the collar entirely.So a little bit different to your normal suspender belt, but a suspender knicker. Made from the same silky soft satin and gold thread to match beautifully with the bra. I absolutely love it, the thick straps are just so aestheticly pleasing to me and the added bonus of suspender straps. The crotch area is sadly not crotchless but there is an area to the rear of the knicker that would provide ample butt access.I went for a size medium as I am a 10/12 and a size 34DD/E so the fit was perfect for me. I really appreciate the underwiring of the bra as I have bigger boobs and I felt super comfortable, sexy and confident wearing this set together.SummaryThis is such a luxury set to add to your collection, I was genuinely surprised by how beautifully made it was and the quality of the set, it truly is stunning.If you're feeling a little shy in the bedroom this is the perfect bra set to start with, the suspender knickers are made to tease any admirer but ultimately are so comfortable to wear and flatter any figure.My partner has yet to see me in this but I have no doubt he will be just as wowed as I was when I first saw the Captivate bra set.

Another outstanding piece from the Fifty Shades of Grey collection by Lovehoney! Super sexy and love that all the straps are adjustable and removeable. I am a size 12 and went with the size medium which is a good fit. Nice to see the black and gold colour combo - I also now have my eye on the Fifty Shades faux leather black and gold bondage accessories to match!

Utterly captivated

This is a stunning lingerie set, what really impressed me was the fit. All those straps aren’t just aesthetically pleasing, between the sliders and the stretch they offer so much room for adjustment that I was able to get both the bra and the thong perfectly sized for my body. I’m a UK size 10 on the top, 12 on the bottom with a 32D bra size and often find only one part of a set will fit me properly, very glad not to have this issue with this set. I am confident this would fit and flatter a good variety of sizes and body shapes within the size guide.I love the gold detailing, I thought it was a little bright and clashy at first but then I slipped into the set in a room lit only by candle light and wow...it’s stunning. The gold catches the light in such a beautiful way, I immediately understood why they chose to name this range ‘captivate’. The thong is a bit daunting when you take it out of the pack and it took me a few minutes to orientate myself, but once you find the waistband and figure out where your legs go the rest of the straps somewhat fall into place. Don’t give up! It’s worth it! Let the gold details guide you.Hands down my favourite thing about this set is the fact that I can wear such a gorgeously minimal thong without highlighting my muffin top. My hips are very soft but I let the straps out a bit and so they don’t draw attention to this at all. I do love a good smooth silhouette!My second favourite was that having all that lovely bum on show along with the FSOG branding inspired my partner to rediscover our range of Red Room implements, fantastic as I also love a good spanking!If you’re the kind who likes to leave their lingerie on throughout the event you’re in luck, the gusset is narrow enough that it can comfortably be slipped to one side to allow your partner access to your sweet spots.This set does wonders for my confidence and 90% of that is down to the fit, you can see how beautiful it is from the product images but I didn’t expect to feel so beautiful in it. If you’re a fan of the FSOG franchise then great, if not cut the little disks off and forget it, bottom line I feel this is a set everyone needs in their life.

Beautiful piece of lingerie

It's safe to assume almost everyone knows about Fifty shades of Grey, they've either read the book or watched the film. So when I saw the new Pleasure collection I immediately thought about how well it tied in with the idea of the books. I don't have many bra sets for wear in the bedroom, I tend to like basques and chemises but the Captivate Bra set in gold and black really caught my eye because it's that little bit more intriguing and different (but a good different). Starting with the bra itself, this set is real luxury. Made from a black satin with an ever so slight padding, it is also underwired. The bra is embroidered with beautiful gold floral stitching and to the center is a detachable neck collar which is made from lace like fabric in the same gold patterning. There's a little gold hook to put the collar on and also the option to remove the collar entirely.So a little bit different to your normal suspender belt, but a suspender knicker. Made from the same silky soft satin and gold thread to match beautifully with the bra. I absolutely love it, the thick straps are just so aestheticly pleasing to me and the added bonus of suspender straps. The crotch area is sadly not crotchless but there is an area to the rear of the knicker that would provide ample butt access.I went for a size medium as I am a 10/12 and a size 34DD/E so the fit was perfect for me. I really appreciate the underwiring of the bra as I have bigger boobs and I felt super comfortable, sexy and confident wearing this set together.SummaryThis is such a luxury set to add to your collection, I was genuinely surprised by how beautifully made it was and the quality of the set, it truly is stunning.If you're feeling a little shy in the bedroom this is the perfect bra set to start with, the suspender knickers are made to tease any admirer but ultimately are so comfortable to wear and flatter any figure.My partner has yet to see me in this but I have no doubt he will be just as wowed as I was when I first saw the Captivate bra set.

This is one of my favourite bras sets I have ever had from Lovehoney. I love how well it fits and how great it looks. I was worried at first about how the straps would look on the knickers as I’m definitely not a skinny girl, but I actually really love the look and it was really easy to adjust the knickers to suit me. This set makes me feel really confident and sexy.
