Get it between the cheeks, not on the sheets... with the only lube upsell on the market! Just simply remove plunger and then pour in your favorite lubricant. Remove cap, and replace the plunger and depress until lube oozes from the tip - be sure to remove all air from the shooter. Gently insert Lube Shooter (not more than one inch) into your favorite place and slowly depress the plunger. Contains 3 disposal lube shooters, and 1 plunger
