Easy if you have a partner to help, but, if like me, you do the occasional self bondage, you may need a mirror the first few tries! However, when it’s on... wow, it’s very... exciting! This is a great piece of bondage gear, straps are a little hard to get on around head at first but loosens easily enough after a few uses, my only criticism is that the lower harness strap should going around the back of the head should have more length, for an easier time to put on, especially for men
