I bought this to try as never used one before. The quality is very good for price and looks like it will last a long time. Plenty of lube is required to get full effect. As mentioned, it was my first time I used a pump and it all started off well, but my wife got hold of the pump and went at it like she was blowing up a balloon and this was a bit painful, but I did nearly fill it up to the top and sides and I was secretly chuffed with this lol. My advise would be to start slow and increase a small amount over several uses.

In the How it works leaflet it says to use it with the Adjustable Stamina Ring, as in Step! But for healthy erections don't use it. In Step 1 would it be better to say to have the ring above your balls, as wit a cock ring? I found this avoided my balls being sucked into the chamber, as happened to someone else. This has a happy ending. I'm getting more girth, as well as length. At close of play the base of the pump acts as an excellent cock ring! Hot tip. Works well to gain an extra inch or two, length and girth

I was a bit self-conscious about my length and mostly girth. I had never tried anything like this before so I remained wary about potential results. After the first use, I saw a significant reduction in shrinkage and a reasonable increase in girth/length. After a few weeks of daily use, the results seemed to be semi-permanent. This is by no means a miracle cure but it is a step in the right direction if you're concerned about your size. It is simple enough to use and is quite intuitive, with a measurement ruler on the side to track progress. Only a small amount of lube is needed to slip into the pump. There are only three parts to it and can be stored put together, ready for next use. Using the pump was amazing! After a few pumps it will look significantly bigger than before! The feeling of the suction is definitely something different, but by no means unpleasant. I usually use it for 10 minutes twice, with a 5 minute break in between. Once it's out and flaccid, it feels and looks heavy and thick. Quite a sight to see the first time it's used! I'm more of a grower than a shower, but right after using this, you'd be none the wiser! In my experience, if it is used daily for a month or two, you can expect to see longer-lasting results. It’s an okay product

At this time I didn’t know my size so I was like looks like it could fit I was nervous about my size and wanted to make myself feel better, turns out it didn’t fit and I have a 9 inch I was surprised I didn’t know I don’t feel as nervous anymore But in the long run I’d say if you have a bid dick it won’t fit.

Not for the less well equipped

I am an elderly man who is not only not well endowed but also suffers from ED. I was informed from the NHS that a pump would help. From the reviews I chose this item. It is a well made product and of good quality. However, having a chipolata rather than a sausage, the sleeve is to wide, so not a full vacuum occurs. I am waiting for smaller sleeves to arrive from Asia as they need smaller sleeves. Hopefully they will work. It is a great product, just not for the lesser built. I would recommended this for those who have an average not lesser appendage.

And then the pump will make super “fun” sounds while trying to do it’s job. It did help to put something at the base of the shaft that was also silicone (we used a ring) but I was hopeful that I wouldn’t need any accessories to use this. I think if you’re clean shaven and have more girth than a quarter it might work better for you.

I've had this for quite a long time now and use it to get around ED caused by medical treatment. I was unable to get hard at all and viagra only produced a semi but this product gives me a great hard on every time. I was previously quite well endowed but am now even longer and thicker than before.

Economy pump and you get what you pay for. It works, but as there is one size opening I find if I pump to much it starts pulling my testicles in. Happened once. It works good but I find I lose the erection when I take it off. Good for general exercise.

I was hoping this pump would be better than my older, les expensive one and it isn't. It will pull your balls very painfuly into the tube.

It's a penis pump. And it works well. I'm a little above average in size, but figured I'd see if I could increase it at all. I be observed some added girth and a little length. 6 78" to 7 1/8". I'd probably have better luck if I'd stick to a regimen... But I use it occasionally and my play mate is enjoying the results :)
