This Kegel ball is easy to insert, comfortable enough to wear it every day. I am starting to feel the improvement in muscle tone. It is a good workout for me and benefits my OH. I bought three different Kegel balls as I was unsure which ones would be right for me. This is the lightest I've worked my way up to the heaviest of the three now. But this was great to start with. Soft silicone makes it easy to insert/remove and pleasurable to keep in. Easy to clean.

I wanted to buy a Kegel ball and after asking and receiving some great advice from other LH members was pointed in the direction of this one. I ordered this with another item which was delivered in a nice discreet box on the dated specified. I wanted a workout that not only benefits me but also the OH and what a great way to do it. As mentioned, I was given great advice on Kegel balls and went for this one, plus it was on special offer. For being a first-time user, opting for the larger heavier ball is what I needed. It is made of lovely smooth silicone and it's a nice colour too. First time using it I applied the lube and popped it in. I wore it for about 30 minutes, and after getting over the initial slight strange feeling of the free moving ball it was comfortable to wear and easy to remove. I progressed to using the ball without lube and for a couple of hours, but remembered to relax when removing it (had a bit of a panic when I tried to just whip it out and it didn't budge). I have already noticed that it's starting to work it magic. Soon I will be moving onto smaller and heavier ones and loving this type of fitness regime.

It's working

After using for only a few days my husband and I can tell the difference. It works. :) As a newbie to kegel balls, I was sceptical and didn't ever know if my pelvic floor actually did anything (I know the muscles are there but am I working them?). This ball is great for this as the loop stays outside so when I use my muscles to pull the ball in I can see the loop move further in so I know I'm doing it right.

Decided it was time to strengthen my pelvic floor, having given birth to two children. Was increasingly feeling a need to cross my legs each time I coughed or sneezed! This single ball looked exactly what I needed and I've not been disappointed. It's easy to insert - no need for lube - and comfortable. I started with 15 mins a day and have gradually increased that. After only a couple of weeks, I can really feel the improvement in muscle tone and am much more confident about sneezing! It's also increased sensations during sex. Winner! Will move on to the 60g balls in due course.

Nice kegel

This was a great size but unfortunately a little too light for me, I started low as I wasn’t sure how good my pelvic floor was after having 3 children. Turns out it’s better than I thought. Good quality and easy to clean especially with the Lovehoney toy wipes.

Toned and Tight from the Inside

This cheap solution to a tight pelvic floor does the trick. I brought this because after having a baby I was worried I wasn't as tight down there. I use this for 30 minutes every day and do this as part of my pelvic floor exercises and after a few weeks I noticed a huge difference. I feel more tighter so I feel like simple things like leakages are a thing of the past. my partner has noticed the difference and this has increased our sex life and most importantly the orgasms are more intense because my pelvic floor muscles are how they should be. If you can't afford an expensive kegel ball, I would suggest this. If you use it every day for 30 minutes or so you will notice a huge difference.

However, since I started using this there is no pain at all and I fell a little "looser" inside (if that makes sense?)! It was difficult to keep it in at the beginning cause I don't think I was inserting it far enough, but now I insert it and squeeze a little and it stays put just fine! I definitely think this is helping increase my enjoyment of sex and I look forward to going up in weight as my body sees fit!
