Christmas is coming

I was sent this Christmas cracker in exchange for an honest review. Thanks, Lovehoney. It arrived quickly in the usual plain cardboard box which is easy to recycle. It's packaged in a simple clear plastic bag with no excess packaging. I opened the bag to find a very Christmassy scrap of red material trimmed with white fur. I quickly tried it on and was smitten! It's a very simple body that you step into then tie the satin ribbons in a halter. The body is cut really low in the front but, in true Christmas present fashion, there are two white fur pom-pom ties to pull the body together between the breasts - perfect for unwrapping and very cute! It also has a white fur trim on the cups. The red mesh is a fine but very stretchy knit that I think would fit a few sizes and body shapes. There's stitching under the cups that doesn't offer any support but the material itself is surprisingly supportive - for such a little scrap of material - once on it's very flattering and smoothing. I'm size 18/20 in most clothes and a 38DD in most High Street bras for reference. I've never owned Christmassy underwear before and now I'm wondering why. It's so cute! It made me feel like I'll be the best present my partner will be unwrapping this Christmas. Talking of, I always ask his opinion on undies I'm reviewing (though I don't usually get any useful feedback beyond 'wow'). However, he works away from home so I sometimes have to wait a while. This time he was away longer than usual and I was just about to get changed ready for his arrival but stopped myself as it would be a shame not to save this for Christmas Eve. I love this body. It's going to be perfect for Christmas. If anyone's hesitating about going for this, don't. It'll be the perfect gift for your partner to unwrap.

Sexy Mrs Santa

This adorable little outfit arrived quickly and discreetly as always. As with all of Loveoney's lingerie it comes in a clear bag, so if giving as a gift buy one of the the lovely gift boxes Lovehoney do. So, the body arrived and I was thinking oooo this is going to be so revealing. (And was worried about my stomach). I popped it on and initially thought I wasn’t sure, I then tied the ribbon with the adorable pom-poms on and immediately changes my mind. The ribbon and pom-poms attract the eyes up and also disguise your wobbly bits. The fit of the body was good. I’m at the top end of the size and it fit well. It was comfortable in both standing, sitting and lying down. The fabric felt soft and nice against my skin. The thing was also comfortable, which is a massive plus point for me. Mr F&F was very impressed. He loved the softness and the material and enjoyed playing with the pom-poms. They added a great additional aspect of play when he used them to gently stroke areas. I’ve particularly enjoyed the aspect of ‘unwrapping’ me. I’ve washed the outfit twice. Once had washed and secondly on a gentle hand wash cycle in the machine. Both times the outfit was absolutely fine.I do air dry any lingerie. This was a big hit and has already been requested for Christmas Eve if not throughout December.

Pom Pom Body

Last year I bought the Pom Pom knickers, so when I saw this Pom Pom body I knew I'd like it in my collection. If I'm honest, I didn't like how it looked on as much as I thought I would (that's not to say I disliked it, I just thought it looked better on the model). The white faux fur trim just did not suit me. I loved the pom poms on the end of the ribbon, and I would have preferred if they were the only bit of white on the piece. The body itself is a great fitting and well made. I have some pieces like it and they look fantastic. I think the halterneck section is very flattering and the low v-cut looks sultry. There's no doubt this is a very fun body. It obviously has a seasonal theme. And, you know, it looked good. But I just felt too fluffy. I would say "less is more", but, as we know, that feels very mean to say in the run up to Christmas (argh - I was trying to avoid saying that word as long as possible). The build and quality of the body is superb. It feels great on. And, after Christmas, you could remove the trim and just wear it as everyday wear. The trim did shed a little bit at first. It's great value and guaranteed to put a smile on someone's face. Maybe I'm just too much of a Scrooge to appreciate it fully.

Perfect for Christmas

I love the fact that this body has a good amount of stretch to it making it both comfortable and ideal for multiple sizes (would probably also be good for gifting if you don’t want to guess your partner’s size!) The sheer red is very sexy and I really like the fur trim, the only annoying thing about it is that it doesn’t sit flat against the white material below it. Thankfully though you can’t tell that much when it’s on if you position it right. The tie up pom poms are also a nice addition but I’d prefer the ribbon to be thinner, especially at the front, it’s quite bulky and sits a bit awkwardly. Overall though, this is a great and fun piece to wear over the festive season.

Sexy Christmas

It's starting to look a lot like Christmas :) Wonderful get up for the wife, we had ourselves an early Merry little Christmas. The lining is soft and just love how it slightly see through, keeping the mystery alive and the desire to "unwrap" to see what you got ;) . It got me like Oliver Twist asking "Please may I have some more" . Definitely worth buying.

Sheer Delight (on the right body)

Although it arrives simply packaged in a small plastic bag, the Lovehoney Christmas Pom-Pom Red Sheer Body makes a nice stocking filler or would be a sexy surprise for your lover if you’re the pressie gift wrapped in it on Christmas Eve.This is a lovely, simple piece of festive lingerie; unfortunately, it wasn’t quite right for me and my short 32E/27/33 frame, but I’m sure for many others it would be a great and flattering fit.It’s well made and sturdily stitched. Easy to hand wash and dry. It scrunches up small and bounces back with no issues so nice and easy to stash away in the bottom of a bag if you’re planning on a saucy Santa surprise. The main material of this one size fiery thong back body stunning, nice and soft and looked great against my skin. I loved how tantalising my nipples looked through the soft finely woven sheer red mesh. Two sets of decent length (approx. 45 cm each) red satin ties make the body adjustable and pretty versatile for most body shapes and sizes. The empire line ties under the bust are finished with small furry white pom-poms but sadly the halter neck ties don’t have this same detail. The plunging neckline is trimmed with the same white fur; it’s a nice festive detail but isn’t so thick that it completely overruns the rest of the body. I’m 5ft 1in and the low cut lightly elasticated back sits just on my waistline. Unfortunately, the leg cut was also fairly low on my frame, sitting just below my hip line, so I felt the overall cut of the body made me, and my short legs in particular, look even shorter and I felt stumpy and frumpy rather than saucy and frisky after looking in the mirror. The thong aspect is really comfy; there’s a decent width in the gusset and I liked that this wasn’t crotchless as I felt that would be an unnecessary feature on this body. There was just a bit too much material in the crotch area for my smaller frame, meaning the material gathered and ruffled around the front ‘down there’ which ruined the sheer effect for me. There is nothing wrong with this body and I really wanted to love it but sadly it just didn’t suit me. For someone with a more hourglass figure or larger hips or a taller trunk than me I think it would look fantastic but overall, I just felt this beautiful body was a bit too big for me to feel really sexy in. Sad Santa.

Sexy Sheer Christmas

As always my lovehoney order was delivered very quickly and in totally innocent looking packaging. The quality of this sexy festive body is incredible. The beautifully soft and smooth sheer red material has lots of give and will fit most.The halter neck and ties are very adjustable.The fur pom poms are soft and luxurious and give this item a definite festive feel. No support as such but there is shaping under the breast areas. I really like this body, it is definitely an item I could wear for many hours with no discomfort. I personally would recommend this item for people who are larger framed them me or curvy. I'm a size 8/10 - 30E boobs - short body- wide hips. It wasn't a really snug fit on me. I enjoyed it as did Mr John but I think a tighter fit and bigger (proportionate) boobs attempting to escape from the front would look amazing.
