I can't comment on the packaging as mine was one that had been previously used for photography purposes and arrived in a large brown box and a plastic bag. Arriving, the box was small. Now I'm not greedy but I couldn't help but burst out "I expected bigger!" My comment nearly resulted in us in couples counselling, so choose your words wisely. On opening my package I discovered the cushion was compressed, once I released it, it transformed into the useable sex aid I have today. Forget about ever getting it back in it's box though because you've got more chance of Justin briber behaving! Just as well it's overall appearance is very unassuming. My SO was very excited about purchasing the Jaz, neither of us have ever used one before so we thought lets give it a go! The order was placed and it arrived 2 days later and was packed in a small, well presented box. We were initially quite surprised how small it appeared until we realized that it was pressure packed and was bigger than the box. It has a soft, black velvet style cover which is removable and a water proof membrane underneath which protects the pillow itself and can also be removed. I love how firm the cushion is so you don't sink into it at all and keeps supporting you whatever position. But even though it's firm it's still very comfortable to use. For me using this cushion has transformed spanking and doggy. I have the comfort of laying on the cushion but my bum is nice and high in the air, just ready for either.
