It even has 2 pulls on the suction to release it quickly, if needed. Securely attached with a stitched reinforced loop is an adjustable collar. Collar has a soft, foam-like liner for extra comfort and starts off at approximately 15.5" and extends to approximately 23" to fit most and fastens with a strong Velcro closure. The distance from the cup to the collar is also easily adjusted with a simple slide to up to 9", for a custom and comfortable fit in a variety of positions!
