Wet Stuff Warming lubricant
Rated 7 / 10

We had been looking around for a warming lubricant to replace the Durex Play Warming lube that we had run out of as it is no longer made. The Play Warming lube that replaces the original is not nearly as good. Anyway, we decided to give the Wet Stuff Warming lubricant a try. As always, LH shipped quickly and plain boxed. The first thing we noticed was that the Wet Stuff Warming lube is very runny, almost water like, dripping everywhere once the foil seal was removed. Caught us by surprise. Not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. In terms of lubrication, it certainly does well. It's non-intrusive, meaning that once applied, you don't really feel it, but it is nice and slippery. As for the warming effect, it is very mild, perhaps a little too much so. A little disappointed in that aspect. Overall, though, pretty happy with it. It is good value for 100ml, and should last a while.

A warming multi purpose treat

I use lubricants a lot during solo play with toys but not really very often with my husband unless we are playing with toys. When the chance came up to try a lubricant that could also be used for massage and warmed up during use we were very excited as I love a good massage to relax before sex. When it arrived in the normal discreet packaging I was pleased to see the tube looked just like a toothpaste tube and had a large prominent 'warming' label along the length of one side. The tube features a sort of lava like orange pattern but is mostly white. On the front, it clearly states that it is a water-based lubricant for condoms and massage, we found this a bit misleading as you have to read the small print to realise that it is compatible with condoms but can be used directly on the penis as well. The back features a lot of small grey text about what to use it for and an ingredients list. Just like toothpaste, for first use, you have to take the top off and pierce the seal before returning the top. To dispense the lubricant you open the cap and squeeze gently. It is very runny so comes out quite fast. It doesn't really have a smell and doesn't feel sticky to touch. We initially tried it for massage and combined with my husbands magic fingers it felt really nice and helped his fingers glide over my back and bum. As he worked it in, it really did feel nice and warming and I found it really relaxing. After about 15 minutes it had mostly been absorbed into my skin and had we carried on another application would have been needed. We decided to move on and found a few different toys to try it with, first up was a silicone rabbit, we applied a good amount to the shaft and the ears and my husband set to work! Insertion was a breeze and the warming feeling both inside me and on my clit was amazing, it made my clit tingle and it didn't take long to reach my first orgasm. Second up was a glass dildo, again after applying a fairly generous amount insertion was easy. The warming effect wasn't as good with glass as the dildo was fairly cold so it didn't really make much difference overall. Finally, we moved on to a silicone double ended dildo, although not a specific anal lubricant we thought we would give it a try, as before insertion of both ends was easy and the warm feeling in both holes combined with the fullness was amazing, My husband decided to add some oral into the mix but the lubricant had a really bitter taste so it was a no go. I still orgasmed after a few minutes and it was great if it had taken longer more lube would have been required for the anal end as it wore off quite quickly. Overall this is a good all round water based lubricant, we still prefer a slightly thicker one to avoid too much re-application during the action! But it was great to move straight from massage to sex play and the warming effect was great.
