Didn't agree with my partner

My partner and I were excited to add this flavour to our collection. However, it didn't agree with him. Upon application, he had a horrible reaction and it severely burnt his skin, with the pain not going away even after rinsing it off. We now have not been able to use if we are having sex. However, will use occasionally if I'm receiving oral and we don't plan on having sex. Such a shame as this lube is such a nice flavour, and we haven't had an issue with other lubes.
