Fit nicely but elf-shaped tops

I bought these to go with an outfit I bought off here. The look of them on is lush and the fit is perfect! I have big thighs, but they don't cut in or feel tight at all! Only downfall for these is the toes area. They are built for elf feet! But I just tucked it inside and they look normal now. But I'm definitely going to stitch them up when they are tucked in and make a new seam so they stay like that and cut the excess off as it's not comfortable walking with extra bit of material around the inside. Other than this I would still recommend them!

Sleek, Sexy and Spectacular

Thank you Lovehoney for sending me these Lovehoney Plus Size Wet Look Thigh High Stockings! In exchange for an honest review, I have been gifted with the most spectacular pair of stockings! The item arrived in standard discreet packaging. I love the fact that my items arrive and the postman has no idea what naughty gifts he's delivering! The packaging of the item is simple with clear diagrams as to how the product should look when on. The stockings are made of a good quality wet look material, and though they initially appeared as if they would be quite taut they have quite a lot of give! The amount of stretch is perfect as otherwise they would be very difficult to pull up. Furthermore, the stretch makes them less likely to slip. In fact, I was able to wear them without suspenders and they stayed in place quite well. If you are a fan of wet look items, this is a product you simply must own! My partner and I were utterly ecstatic by how well they fit and how FABULOUS they looked! If I'm being niggly, the shape of the toe is a bit odd. It creates a funny point at the end of your big toe, which is reminiscent of an elf shoe. However, with a pair of heels that can be easily hidden!

I like them better than real latex

I bought these to go with all the other wetlook stuff I bought, particularly a wetlook corset. These are a nice fit for me. I’m 175cm or 5’9 and a size 16-17. I don’t like my outfits skintight and I knew if I got the regular sizing the fit would have been on the upper end of the scale and very tight, if they even fit properly at all. I didn’t want to tear or rip them either. These fit really nicely and I can still move comfortably. I don’t know what people are crapping on about the elf toe for, it’s a special type of material that won’t sew up with a regular toe and it seriously isn’t that bad. These are sort of lined as well so it’s not freezing cold on your skin. I’ve had genuine latex items before and they are freezing and then if you get hot they are boiling and get all sweaty. Plus latex is a bitch to get on and off. These look really nice on and I found they stay up by themselves well enough, but if you wanted to complete a look you could easily attached suspenders.

Sleek and sexy

When I first took them out the packaging I wasn't too sure about them. But once on they looked amazing. I got them to wear with the Fierce plunging body and they just finished off the look perfectly. As stated, the feet are a bit weird but tbh I don't think my partner was worried about that lol. Were very comfortable to wear and actually stayed up well without the suspender belt, though that will definitely be purchased soon as the wet look range is proving to be a big hit with myself and my partner.

Shiny

Bought for the missus to wear as I do love anything shiny! Had to buy a belt to keep them up, but that's to be expected. Fit was perfect otherwise. Have been used thoroughly without any ripping or tearing, so far just slight wear to the finish itself. Love how they feel both on me and her. Just like I wanted and great for the price. Just make sure you have a belt.

Disappointed by the false reviews

I recently had a friend gift me these stockings and I was really looking forward to living out my best domme fantasies, however I was left disappointed. The previous reviews, while seemingly helpful, turned out to be false. There is no actual design or shape to these stockings, no added stretch or structure put into the heel or knee, so the product stretches in some places and is baggy in others. While the material itself seems to be of good quality, the product lays in such a way that really does not look good on except for photographs at a distance. The lack of shape meant that rather than hugging my thighs and shaping to my legs, it stretched and looked more like a binbag. Perhaps it would look more flattering on someone with a larger frame, but overall I was very disappointed with these stockings.

Impressive

Really impressed with these. They came well packaged and as always discreetly, and felt very good quality. Given the price, this was more impressive as they were far from expensive. Have had similar before, although not from Lovehoney, and the quality and fit left a lot to be desired. Often the length is poor, and the foot end is badly shaped. Not so with these. Length wise they came up towards the top of my wife’s thighs, which was perfect, and the foot had no horrible bumps or misshapes in it. They completed the outfit down to a tee and felt very smooth and silky, just what you would want. They were obviously warmer than normal stockings, but not so much that they were unpleasant, and they were robust enough to handle suspender attachments without damage. All in all, spot on.

Bunched and pointy

These are suuuuper long and I had lots of bunching at the ankle which really killed the overall aesthetic.

Not for me

I was super excited to try these to match the rest of my collection and I'm left a little disappointed. I'm a plus size woman with sizeable calves (21") and thighs and honestly, I would not recommend these for anyone over a 18-20. Definitely not for anyone 22+, at all.

These were perfect! So comfortable to wear, not plasticky feeling at all, don't get warped from having a suspender belt attached and look amazing! I now want the whole wet look collection but my bank might have other ideas about that...

Elf feet

These are a good fit for a curvy woman. Look good on, very sexy! Need to be worn with shoes because the toes are very pointy. Sexy pixie springs to mind. Not the most comfortable once in shoes, due to the join. Although who dresses up to be comfortable ????

Better than expected

I'm not quite sure why but I didn't expect these to last to minutes as other styles don't seem to. However inwas pleasantly surprised by these they are very durable!. Comfortable and more important easy to put on. They don't stick and arw not a chore to get on or off.
