So I've been looking for a new vibrator for quite a while. Recent ones I've purchased just haven't lived up to my current one I use daily. Mine is battery powered and I spend a fortune on batteries haha. This one caught my eye. Although I'm 'alright' with wands, it is definitely a love-hate relationship and I can rarely orgasm from them. Use them more for build-up and edging. After reading reviews, it seems this one could be a potential winner. It was! Rumbly vibrations (although on higher levels, they definitely do become more buzzy), it's a good size but easy to hold. The nubby bit is actually a really good addition. Depends on how you hold it, it can just make it a bit more pinpoint compared to standard heads on normal wands. I wouldn't say its particularly loud for a wand in my opinion. Controls are super easy to use. I stay away from the patterns, so just use the increasing levels. I combined with a standard dildo and it was amazing! Unbelievably glad I took the plunge and bought this as now it's going to be used daily.

This is the third wand vibrator I’ve ever had. I consider it my Goldilocks model. Here’s why: My first wand was the kind that plugged into a socket. I hated it. Way too much power. I found it overwhelming and unpleasant. My second wand is the pink Lovehoney Powerful Rechargeable Silicone Wand Vibrator, which I got when it was on sale at a ridiculously low price. It’s not a mini wand, but it’s not a full-sized wand, either. With that in mind, it’s surprisingly powerful. I don’t know that I’ve used the highest setting. I can’t even start with the lowest setting. Compared to those toys, the Desire wand is *just* right for me. The vibrations are great, with the highest settings are strong, but not as strong as the rechargeable wand listed above. Here’s the thing - for me, it doesn’t have to be. I used the other wands on broader areas. But with the ingenious little nub of this toy, I put it directly on my clitoris. Because of that, super-powerful vibrations would not work for me. In fact, because of the way I use it, I wouldn't consider it a traditional wand. It’s more like an oversized bullet with a lot of power. On a similar point, I saw another reviewer felt this toy is not as strong as the Desire bullet. I have both and I don’t find that to be the case at all. The bullet has three levels of power. The wand has twelve, and I find the strongest level of the bullet is comparable to the sixth level of the wand (with the weird way the wand works, that would be the level the wand is at when first turned on). I would also note that the jump in vibrations from level to level is not as distinct as the bullet. The differences in levels are much more subtle. Plus, a full charge of the bullet has a play time of 60 minutes. For the wand, it's 120. Just putting that out there for those who want to compare the two. In all, if you're looking for the power of a traditional wand, this might not be the toy for you. But for those who need *some* power, but not too much, this might be what you're looking for, especially if you appreciate pinpoint vibrations.

The shape is what makes this wand unique from others, the raised bump allows for precision stimulation with the same power as a wand, as well as broader stimulation if you position it differently - the best of both worlds! It has three control buttons, with a middle button to vary patterns and an up and down button for the intensities. For each of the eight patterns, there is 12 levels of intensity meaning you can customise it to exactly the pattern and speed you like. The one thing I wish it had was a memory feature where it turns on at the last setting you used rather than having to scroll through to find the setting even if you typically use the same one. This wand is incredibly powerful. It's not the quietest toy ever, but the lower settings are definitely quiet enough to not be heard through a door and I'm sure for most people the lowest settings are plenty to do the job because it is very strong! The travel lock is a great feature. It's also waterproof, despite a slightly different appearance to the usual self-sealing silicone charging point. Although expensive, with a discount and/or deal on this toy is definitely worth the money if you're after a powerful vibrator.

Having owned multiple vibrators I find this one disappointing. The nib bit seems to be upside down and its just to bulky to reach desired areas. Perhaps better for couples play but for solo did not do the job, I switched back to my other more normal vibrator. wish I had brought something else if im honest.

Best one by far

I bought this wand as I was after a bit more buzz in the bedroom for me and the husband and well, it is absolutely amazing. It has a nice shape and feel. The different patterns are very good and talk about it been intense the vibrations are out of this world.

This is what I’ve been missing

Literally amazing from first use. The material is super nice to hold and to use. The long handle is great as, depending on where you hold, it gives more/less precision and pressure, which is perfect. The ability to turn the vibrations up and down is life changing, and I love that it starts midway. The other vibration options are quite good, but I normally use the standard, but the other patterns can be fun occasionally. Just overall perfect.

In a class of its own

Forget all the old-style vibe wands, this surpasses them all. Definitely in a class of its own. The only thing better than one of these... is two of them. Expect to see your lovely lady clinging to the ceiling screaming in ecstasy from get go. Well shaped, so many options of what surface to use. Comfy, easy clean material. Decent charge life, have yet to flatten one even during long play session.

I wasn't sure about the shape just looking at it online, but I LOVE it and its different than other wands I looked at. It holds a charge very well. The variety of speeds and patterns are awesome- I don't think I'll be bored of any of them anytime soon. The carrying case that came with it was a nice touch- it looks really sleek, has a divider inside, and slots at the bottom so that the wand can charge inside the case while its zipped up. The two zippers on the bag worry me-I'm concerned that the zipper will stop zipping if it gets used too aggressively. So far so good though!

Waste of money

I got lured by Lovehoney's Deal of the Day on this 'wand'.SERIOUSLY wish I'd saved my money so I could've got something else.I've tried this toy several times both in the bath and out of it but for me it just TOTALLY doesn't work!I can't get it in the right position AT ALL! I thought the firmness of the nub would be a great feeling against my clit but I just can't get it to 'fit'.Sure, it's quiet and powerful but is NO USE WHATSOEVER to me! Am SOOOO gutted I brought it. Straight to the recycling bin.....

Just great to use without needing to use the plug socket and the new shape hits right on the button. :-) As well as a lot of other places too. ;-) We’ve even used both the old and new the at the same time to give us even more flexibility...

Absolutely amazing buy

Got this as part of a set but felt compelled to recommend it here too because it's a top product. Loads of different settings to suit all tastes, holds a charge for absolutely ages, easy to clean, not really loud, doesn’t look ugly like a lot of traditional toys. Honestly cannot think of any cons. It's definitely a bit pricey but I’d say it's well worth it.

That being said, this sadly isnt one of my favourites of the collection.PROS: The look is just luxurious, that beautiful smoothness and its frankly just quite beautiful. The deep purple colour of the female Desire toys is very nice. The vibration is just thr correct about and the it's very quiet during use too (unlike I am!).CONS: For me, the design of the tip just isnt quite right for me, now this could just be for me personally, but the ridge just didn't quite hit the spot.That being said, it still is an excellent toy, just for me it doesnt fit as simply as you would imagine from the design and does take some playing to get the right angle to hit the spot with the ergernomically designed tip
