Firstly, starting on my favourite feature of these Kegels. They are covered in beautifully soft grey/black silicone which looks like nothing unusual. However, when they are in use the silicone changes to a lovely bright purple due to the temperature of the user's body. This is great fun and I was surprised buy the amount of colour change in the silicone - amazing. The Kegels are also a nice weight and feel and you really have to work hard to keep them in place (I am a novice), but this is the whole deal right... If it was easy what would be the point? They also come with a lovely silver satin bag to store them in between use. A really lovely product.

Nicely weighted

After initially purchasing some lighter balls and being disappointed we decided to give these weightier ones a go. The packaging is great and they even come in a little drawstring bag. The product itself is soft to touch and once again my Wife and I had fun inserting them. My Wife is a beginner with regards to using these but she felt that the weight was certainly more apparent than the lighter weighted balls and she could actually feel them and commented that there was a strange sense of satisfaction when walking around with them in. Another feature of the kegel balls is that the material is colour changing and reacts to the change in body temperature. Really pleased we purchased these.

I received the Fifty Shades of Grey Goddess Balls as a test and review item. I’m an experienced kegel ball user and own many pairs, but none quite like these. These are colour changing! Okay, so what difference does could changing make? If I’m honest, not a lot with an item you wear inside you. The goddess balls are silicone clad and have free-roaming weights inside. They are 90g in weight, so not beginner kegel balls, although I do have heavier ones. The two balls are joined together quite closely which makes them slightly harder to insert, but not much. The removal cord is soft and sits comfortably between your legs. There is a silver satin storage bag, which is always a bonus. These kegel balls are comfortable to wear, and although I can feel the free-roaming weights moving round they are not really a big turn-on, and they are certainly not going to get me to orgasm. That said they do help to tone the kegel muscles and this will have a pleasurable benefit with time. In summary, these are a good set of progression kegel balls for intermediate to advanced kegel users. Lovehoney packaging. Upon opening the parcel we discovered a small Fifty Shades of Grey box with nice detail and graphics. I jumped around a little too see if I could feel them jiggling around......but nothing. I can feel that they are there, but I don't feel any nice sensations, I don't feel that jiggle that you feel when you jiggle them in your hands - and I don't know why. If they felt inside like they did in my hands then they would feel pretty dam good inside. The balls stay in place we'll, I'm guessing because of their shape. When I squeeze my pelvic floor muscles I can feel my muscles grab hold of them. They are good for that purpose if you are buying them to help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. There is a rubber loop which stays hanging out, this makes it super easy removal. Before removing them, I sat on the bed and played with the loop, tugging it a little and moving it around just by squeezing my muscles in - this felt quite nice. Due to the material, they are so easy to clean. You can simply just rinse them off with warm water, let them air dry, then pop them into their own little bag. The balls are a reasonably good weight as they aren't too heavy to be uncomfortable or slipping out. But at the same time, they are a decent weight for comfortably doing kegal exercises. The whole colour changing aspect doesn't affect use but I didn't really see the point in it to be honest as the colour change isn't visible when it's inside you. Also, when I pulled it out - the colour didn't not look as effective as in the advertising picture. I have used these kinds of kegal balls before, and although these look good, they just don't feel as good as some others.

I could live without it

I was a bit skeptical about the shape, but I looked forward to both the slight weight and the motion of the internal balls. Unfortunately, I should have paid greater attention to my gut feeling. The shape does nothing for me at all, and unfortunately the silicone outer body prevents me from feeling the inner balls from moving. Ironically enough, I found the weight to be too light for me as well. I don't consider myself a kegel master of any sort, but I learned I'm more advanced than I believed myself to be. Over all, I would say the device is good for an advanced beginner, but I will continue trying other options to find something better suited for my own body's needs.
