I love this! It is so pretty and beautiful. The colours and design are lovely. I'm so happy to see Lovehoney bringing out some pretty florals in a beautiful colour! The whole outfit is fully adjustable, and really makes me feel so sexy as it fits with all of my curves beautifully! I am not really one for a halter-neck style, but it made me feel so confident and looked really flattering all over.

Lovehoney Passion Flower Halterneck Bra Set

Lovehoney kindly chose us to review this Halterneck Bra Set for them. As usual, it arrived via the normal discreet packaging. This set comprises a halterneck bra, a suspender belt and a G-string. All are blue lace mesh with blue elasticated strapping and decorated with a pink and white passion flower design. The bra is underwired with two lace panels covering the breasts forming to a halterneck strap tie, with a pink ribboned cross under the neckline. The bra is fastened to the rear with a single hook adjustable and elasticated band. The suspender belt is of similar lace panel design and similar single hook rear fastening, with four adjustable stocking straps. This also has a pink cross ribbon section and pink ribbon ends to the stocking straps. The G-string consists of a floral decorated front lace triangle panel with a similar and smaller one to the rear above the string. There is also a cotton-lined gusset to the G-string and an adjustable elasticated waistband. How was it to wear? My wife is a 36C size 12 and once everything was adjusted, it fitted very well with enough stretch in all parts if required. The lace was soft to the skin and not at all scratchy, making her feel very comfortable wearing the set. She was quite impressed with the design, colour and floral decoration of the set. Posing in front of the mirror qualified how sexy she felt in the set, as well! All in all, she felt this was a worthwhile and useful addition to the Lovehoney range of lingerie. Unfortunately this time I didn't have much luck. Now OK I'm not the biggest guy in the world but I am above average and have erm. A sizeable head. This is a problem here and the sleeve isn't that stretchy. In fact, no matter how much lube you might use, it isn't going to help! I couldn't even get my penis in it, let alone stroke it. It does fit in the pump but again since I couldn't. Erm enter it I can't say if that makes it any better. I guess if you have a slender manhood this could be fun but sadly, not for me!

In Bloom

To start with, I’m 5ft6, 36C, size 10 on top and 12 on bottom. "One size" clothing/lingerie will always have me prepared to pick up that return label. However, Lovehoney are absolutely bossing O/S at the moment and this set only proves that. Aside from the beautiful colours and the fact this brings a gorgeous pop of purple, pink and white to my underwear drawer. The best thing about this set is that it is ALL adjustable. Starting from the top to the bottom. The design of the bra is different to most pieces in my collection, but it flatters your curves and sits in all the right places. I would love to see this bra on a bigger chested lady because it really shows off the cleavage and hugs the boobs. The pink criss-cross and little Lovehoney tab are delicate touches, and the tie around the neck and adjustable strap at the back of the bra enable you to get the perfect fit for you. There’s a lot of wiggle room, which is great! The suspender belt is the same colourful, floral lace as the bra, with the pink criss-cross and adjustable band to match. I’d like to add that everything on the belt is elasticated too, so I really wouldn’t worry about possible sizing issues! The little pink ribbons on the fastenings are a lovely touch. Lastly, the thong. I can’t say there’s much to it as it’s mostly just elastic. However, the floral lace front is just as beautiful as the rest of the set, and the small triangle of lace at the back is a cute but sexy touch. Again, all elasticated and adjustable. As always with Lovehoney pieces, the quality of the underwear is faultless. There’s no loose threads or dodgy seams, and the materials are soft and comfortable. I think this is a really wonderful set. I only have black and nude stockings, but a pair of pink or purple ones would really suit this.

Floral fancy

I love a good a floral design, but for me, the design on this is too bold. The flowers are a bit too big and bunched. Mostly the bra is kind of overwhelming. I do love the design overall but for me, it just felt like it wasn’t made to be sexy. The general shape and fit hits sexy just fine but the pattern doesn’t scream sexy to me. It’s a lovely fit. It’s snug to my shape and size. I’m not a fan of the underwire, it’s hard and uncomfortable on a small bust and a pronounced rib cage. It’s just not the one for me but maybe for someone else. For me, it’s just the pattern and underwire. If you can get along with these then this set is for you but I prefer minimal floral and no harsh underwire.

While I don’t usually buy such feminine styles of lingerie, I absolutely could not resist- especially seeing it on sale when I purchased. Including a lovely Halterneck bra, suspender belt and G-string, this beautiful floral set stands out amongst the rest of my lingerie since it’s so bright, colourful and uniquely patterned. It supplies everything you could ever want to feel as gorgeous as you are. Using the suspender belt, I paired this lovely set with some white fishnet socks and really enjoyed how they looked together. I’d love to get some beige ones soon to take inspiration from the photos shown on the Lovehoney website! It holds stockings up so very well and looks great while doing so- the straps are so sexy and flattering. While one size can put people off, never worry about Lovehoney products not fitting as when following the measurements to find out which set fits you best (plus size or not), you are almost guaranteed a perfect fit. I’m around a 14/16, and it fits so well with room to spare. Everything is adjustable, meaning you can completely tailor the fit to suit you best. The Halterneck bra is so lovely. While I don’t usually like underwire, it’s very comfortable and gives you just the right amount of lift to complement the extra perkiness this style also provides. Overall, I absolutely love this cute set!

First things first, Lovehoney have blown it out of the water with the one-size. The cups (with underwiring!) are perfectly supportive and comfortable. I didn’t think I’d suit a halter neck as much as this top suits me! It’s super adjustable on the back and shoulder straps and gives me just the right amount of cleavage. I’m small back/big bust and this covered/fit me really well. The G-string is a really nice cut and helps to highlight the assets back there. Very comfy and cute looking on me. The suspenders are also adjustable to sit at the right spot on your hips. I am in two minds about this set though. The bra and G-string on their own feel... not enough. With the suspenders on it feels a bit “busy”. It may just be because it’s not black and doesn’t blend in together that I notice it more. I like to wear underwear over suspenders for easy removal and you can’t do that with this set but the upside is, it encourages you to take your time with undressing. The material itself does feel sturdy and with careful handling, I don’t see the underwriting coming out like in some bras. It definitely feels supportive, comfortable and flattering. I would wear it with white stockings rather than skin tone but I like that the blue/purple/pink means you could find a few different colours that match. I was really not expecting this to be as soft and supportive, and the colours are just lovely. Partner loved it, but will be wearing this if I ever need to wear anything backless!

Bra is way to small. Like band size is 3 sizes too small and cup size is also way off. Although bottoms are great. Colours are beautiful and true to picture. Looks gorgeous but definitely would not recommend bying for anyone with boobs bigger than c/d or a size 18.

Gorgeous Print!

The lace print and colours on this set are stunning and was impressed that it was underwired, which it doesn't mention online. However, this wasn't a great set for my size and shape. I'm a 12 on top and a 36D bra size, but I just didn't fit into the bra and it didn't provide me with any support. To get any type of support I had to tie the halterneck strap so tightly round my neck, that is was uncomfortable. Would probably suit someone slightly smaller chested. Thought the adjustable elastic on the thong and the back of the bra was genius for the various sizes though.
