More brief than jock, comfortable harness

Toy tester review by an FtM guy. The item comes in very solid and stylish packaging. There's a tab at the side of the box, and pulling it opens it like a drawer. Stiff plastic covers the top of the drawer, displaying and protecting the contents. All the packaging is super easy to remove and the item readily accessible. There's been a lot of attention to detail in the packaging awa the toy. There's comprehensive information and instructions, and a nice 'Gender Neutral' logo. As with the images above, there's some diversity among the models on the packaging, but greater size and gender diversity would be nice. The 'travel pouch' included is a drawstring bag made from a soft, silky material. The briefs themselves feel soft, smooth and robust. They look and feel like they will wear and wash well. I was initially puzzled by the use of a blue inner lining, on an otherwise red and black colour scheme, but in practice it does make it easier to tell which bit is which when getting a dildo in/out! 'Jock' is a bit misleading, they are definitely briefs. The fit is kinda hipster, high cut briefs. From my perspective the high cut on the thigh was good for ease of movement etc, but on the buttock was a bit annoying. They definitely had the feel of more designed-for-women briefs. I’d personally wear them only for play, rather than all day, but this is individual. The fit and cut will suit others better. The materials are definitely comfortable enough for longer wear. Sportsheets make a 'Boxer Briefs'-style harness, which might suit me and other trans guys better, and would be interesting to compare. The briefs have a side entrance to the front pocket, like you’d find on a lot of designed-for-men underwear, which is aesthetically pleasing and functional. And the side of the pocket against the skin has a lengthways slit, giving access in a number of ways. To put a dildo in for play/wear you can use the side opening and wriggle it into the O-ring, or you can introduce it through the back slit behind the O-ring. Either of these can be done with the briefs on or off. Similarly inserting a bullet vibe can be done either way, and there’s an elasticated material loop at the waist and base ends of the front pocket to hold one. The combination of the pocket side opening and back slit also gives you access to your own genitals while wearing. Very well thought through. As a harness for play, a dildo in the front pocket of these briefs doesn’t sit as securely or firmly against the pubic bone/mons as it does in a strap strap-on dildo harness. For me this doesn't feel quite so embodied or connected as I’d like. But individual experience, and what you want from it, will vary. While experimenting with a dildo with balls, I found that if the dildo isn’t all the way in to sit in the pocket (the balls wouldn’t fit), but left against the skin with both layers of fabric covering it, the fit feels tighter and more secure. It felt more connected too. With this configuration the dildo felt secure enough that jacking off with it was more of an embodied experience than with it sitting wholly in the pocket. Though you do lose the easy access to your own genitals via the side opening in the briefs with a dildo through both layers. The item arrived between play dates, after some postal delays, and I’m writing the review sooner than later, without having had the opportunity to use the strap-on briefs with another person. I’m pretty confident that the strap-on would work reasonably well for fucking with… just with a little more give than a strap strap-on harness and possibly a little less control. It’d just be something to get used to - all toys/methods for strap-on fucking have their pros and cons. The back slit behind the O-ring means the briefs would be compatible with using a double-ended dildo, or strapless strap-on dildo. As a harness for packing, these briefs didn’t work well in my experience. It was easy to get a Limpy packer into the pocket and through the O-ring, but the pocket was a bit of a squeeze on the balls, and after a while he slipped through the O-ring, head first, and out of the briefs! They don’t seem secure enough for packing using the pocket alone. You could probably hold a packer more securely by slipping it through both layers of fabric -depends what you want/need from it - this method might work well if you use a packer with an integral STP device… though there are probably cheaper ways. In summary, a well thought through and well made product. I think it’s been designed with female identified and bodied folks most in mind, though is versatile enough to suit many folk of many genders. Could be a little loose in use, though possibly more secure than a strapless strap-on dildo, and probably more comfortable than some of the strap strap-on harnesses. Important to note: the O-ring is fixed/not interchangeable and is a fixed size of 1.5 inch. Not going to be suitable for the VVWE.

Easy to get into strap-on
Rated 5 / 5

My wife and I decided on this harness because the other leather and nylon strap style harnesses looked a bit daunting and not as easy to just ‘chuck’ on.
