We've not used this for it's intended purpose, but rather it's being used (often!) with a realistic dildo - like the picture on the box. It's definitely hitting all the right spots. No reason we've not used it 'properly', just happened to be the first thing we tried with it and it was so good it stayed that way. Very comfortable, and although it's a bit of a weird feel in your hand, it's 'sits well' when used.
