Very lifelike look and feels almost unbelievably smooth and silky. Nice and tight from the get go but the cup also has a decent amount of room for the insert to bulge so can accommodate pretty much all sizes. This does lead to it being a little bit bulky but you can always try two handing. Cleaning takes a bit of effort as with all of these types of toys. But, that's why you take your time!
