I love the Big Man Cleanser Douche, it cleaned me out really well. No mess while having sex and also the nice size of it prepares me nicely for anal sex.

A simple and effective douching tool. Used it before anal sex and it helped to ensure things were nice and clean. It seemed to have pretty good spray pressure and I only needed to fill it a few times. Nozzle feels nice when inserted. It's a good idea to use lube to help with insertion.
