I used this to massage my boyfriend before play. It has more of a sweet almost pumpkin-like scent rather than cinnamon spice. It's kinda sticky as far as oils go, you won't want to get this on your sheets or blankets! Breathing on it does heat it up but it's not too intense, although we didn't try it on his sensitive areas so I can't comment on the intensity of that. Worth the low price. I'll try other flavours next time.
