The gauge cockring is designed to go around your entire package with a large soft ball to go under your sack to make your bulge more prominent. The material is comfortable and doesn’t pinch or pull and can be worn all day under your clothes. A crease has developed on the ball which doesn’t seem to affect its function, but hopefully that does not develop into a crack…
