Elastic straps at the rear allow for a decent fit. I found the location of the spikes in the actual g string to be in the ‘wrong place’ for me. While this could be easily adjusted due to the style of the garment to ‘function’ as a prickly sensation - it made the g string sit unusually high at the front and ruined the otherwise nice look. If worn to look like a regular g string would fit me the small spiked section would be more underneath rather than the front - as per description. While this may be ok for those into high intensity punishment play - I prefer the lower intensity and safety of the spikes on the mound rather than more delicate labia skin.
