The OUCH metal spreader bar measures 40,3 (159”) in length with a 15cm (06”) diameter. The ankle cuffs are 39 cm (154”) long and 55 cm (22”) wide with a buckle and sufficient holes for the right sizing. Phthalate free.

Overally this is less of a spreader and more of a convenient restraint bar - it does not impede movement in most senses, and certainly limits the kink experience. The cuffs are great and the connections strong - just wish they were at the end of the bar!
