worked very well the first time --increases girth and length and the internal ribbing is very pleasurable--unfortunately the second time, even with lots of lube and being carefull when inserting my testicles, the ball strap tore at the back----great pity because this is a toy that could have become a favourite----worth a try----needs very carefull handeling though
