There's not much that can really go wrong with a toy this simple. It sits comfortably and stretches so that it's easy to put on and take off. It's the first cock ring I've tried and I think it's a good entry point. I don't think I would want something made of anything harder yet, so the fact that it can be handled so easily is a bonus for me.
