Insert the key into the brass keyhole and turn to straighten out the lock. The lock can then be inserted into or removed from the hinge. With another twist of the key, your slave will be helplessly trapped until you decide to show mercy!

This takes some serious genital gymnastics to get on. Once you're locked in, you're never going to feel any sensation from your little fella again. Or pee straight.

After several hours this became extremely uncomfortable and caused some serious pain underneath the nutsack. Perhaps better suited to people of below average proportions.
