Urethral inserts (sounds) come in many forms and can seem very exciting when seen incorporated into BDSM and Femdom video clips readily found online but finding a urethral toy for satisfactory solo use can be a bit tricky. This cum-thru silicone plug is very flexible and easily inserted with a good water-based lube such as K-Y but getting it to stay in place proved impossible as the slightest manipulation caused it to slip out with only the expanded section held at the head of the penis. For solo use I believe a longer, flexible toy with a retaining ring around the glans to prevent ejection might be the only way to go. Such urethral inserts (solid and flexible) are offered by atms but I have not had any experience with them. Remember that the utmost hygeine should be maintained with any urehthral insertion or unpleasant infections can develop! I am coming to the view that submitting to urethral insertions would be most satisfying when administered by a mistress or other dominating partner.
