It took me a second to figure them out, definitely consider how far your nipples naturally come out.
I want them more for decoration and a splash of fun and if you're the same you'll have to keep track of how tight you make them because they are a little stiff to tighten and loosen and the band is a bit stretchy so finding the right tension to get the length of time you want to wear them for may take some experimentation.
I got them while on sale so I'm really happy with the product.
