This is the first ball gag I'd tried and it was the perfect place to start. The silicone is really soft and smooth (just be careful not to get the strap tangled in your hair!) and as I'd hoped the little bit on either side of the ball makes it really comfortable to wear while still doing a good job of keeping your mouth full! The aligned holes also make breathing through it really easy too. Only negative is I could see the strap maybe getting stretched over time, but we'll see.
