When I first tried this the first two times I cried because I thought it wasn't ever going to work for me because it just hurt but then I tried it in the bath and I cried because it worked and I had the craziest orgasm of my life.
Since then I've figured out that if you have the handle so it is going down between your legs it doesn't hurt me, because the head of it has this weird angle and is very pointy. So if you want to use this in conjunction with a dildo or something I would recommend the satisfier 2 with vibration because it has a bigger head without an angle on the head.

Also a minor issue is that the vibration function goes from the strongest vibration first then works down the the lighter ones which is frustrating if you want to ease into it, whereas the newer series work from lightest vibration up to the stronger ones

Decent little thing, quiet

Its decent, and decently strong for what it is. Very easy to clean, as the end detaches. Buttons are firmly attached and good quality, they won't just stop working like some toys I've had in the past. The noise factor is not too bad, when it's in use. If it does not make contact with anything, it can be a little louder than ideal. In comparison with other toys I've used (theres been a lot of them) I would rate this a solid 8 out of 10. I would reccomend this toy, especially for someone new to them. It is very beginner friendly.

The first toy lasted a year, the second one only a month, so I don't find it very durable. Thats from using it once to twice a week
Supposedly this is because the end cap can be replaced with different ends ( from what customer service told me) but I can't find anywhere that shows me where I can find the other ends etc. The end caps is shaped to fit the hard plastic.
