So happy I got this to collar my pet. The pieces are folded into the box, I would definitely recommend warming them to ease out the kinks and store flat rather than folding to store back in the box they came in as of done regularly that will damage the item

The material is wonderfully smooth and comfortable, on the third wear it had reshaped to my pets neck
No hard or rough edges, this is really quality made

The clips it comes with can be comfortably undone by the person wearing the collar and cuffs which I love as a simple safety feature but you can of course use your own locks through the d links if preferred
