This set has different sized rings that can be used all at once or what ever moves you. Quality material and very effective.

I found myself wanting a size between the medium and small.
Theres not much give in them so unless the diameter is only slightly smaller than what you require theyll have you choked out in 5 mins.
On the flip side if you go the next size up you'll find it doesnt quite give enough grip to restrict bloodflow.
Expected a 3 size set to have something that would fit me comfortably.
